Episode Description: As the Apocalypse approaches, Castiel and Zachariah inform Dean that his moment of glory draws nigh. Sam, disagreeing, goes with Ruby to take on Lilith.

Dean and Bobby, in a last ditch effort to save Sam from himself, puts him into rehab where he goes cold turkey on the demon blood. Meanwhile, Castiel asks Dean to pledge his obedience to God. Sam and Dean have lost trust in one another and their relationship is on a collision course as the apocalypse approaches.

The paths of Heaven and Hell cross yet again when Lilith decides to torment Castiel by possessing the daughter of the man he’s possessing and afflicting his host with mental and emotional turmoil.

While investigating strange happenings in a small town, Sam and Dean run across Adam (guest star Jake Abel) who just happens to be their half-brother.

Sam and Dean are shocked to discover a comic book seris titled “Supernatural” that accurately detail their lives as demon hunters. The writer, Carver Edlund, warns them that Lilith has arrived with a plan for Sam.

Dean and Sam now lead ordinary lives. Dean works in the corporate world at the Sandover Bridge & Iron Company along with Sam who works as a Tech Support. Both have no idea who the other is until their colleagues start killing themselves.

Angels get slaughtered by Lucifer’s sword. Castiel and Uriel hold Alastair captive and ask Dean to use his newfound techniques in torture to take valuable information that can put an end to the murders. Dean learns some shocking facts from Alastair.
